Unless previously redeemed or purchased and cancelled, the Sukuk Wakalah shall be redeemed by the Issuer at one hundred per centum (100%) of their nominal value on their respective Scheduled Dissolution Dates or upon declaration that a Dissolution Event has occurred in respect of the Sukuk Wakalah, whichever is earlier.

Potential Dissolution Event :

Any event which, upon the giving of notice and/or lapse of time and/or the issue of a certificate and/or the fulfilment of the relevant requirement as contemplated under the relevant Transaction Documents would constitute a Dissolution Event.

Transaction Documents:

Transaction Documents shall include the following:

(1) the programme agreement;
(2) the Trust Deed;
(3) the Corporate Guarantee;
(4) the securities lodgement form;
(5) the relevant Islamic documents for each issuance of Sukuk Wakalah; and
(6) Such other documents/agreements of whatsoever nature executed or to be executed in connection with the Sukuk Wakalah Programme and the Sukuk Wakalah as may be advised by the Solicitors.
